🎯 Candidate Requirements
✔ Relevant Degree, Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or Professional Qualification according to the position applied for.
✔ Proven experience in Ethanol Plants, Distilleries, Agro-Allied Industries, Chemical Processing, Food Manufacturing, Utilities, Industrial Maintenance, or Process Plants.
✔ Strong technical knowledge in plant operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, utilities management, instrumentation, automation, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and process optimization.
✔ Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, PLC logic, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
✔ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
