✅ Candidate Requirements
✔ Mandatory ADNOC Offshore project experience
✔ Strong background in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and Detailed Engineering
✔ 15+ years of experience for all Lead Engineer positions
✔ 10+ years of experience for Senior Engineer positions
✔ Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline
✔ Experience in Offshore Oil & Gas, EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, Petrochemical, and Energy Projects
✔ Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, project execution, and multidisciplinary coordination
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
