Key Requirements for All Candidates:
1. A solid track record of working in high-pressure shutdown environments.
2. Familiarity with tight schedules and safety-critical operations.
3. The ability to integrate quickly into large, multi-disciplinary teams.
4. Extensive experience with tools, procedures, and standards specific to shut down and turnaround (TA) work.
5. Ability to contribute effectively from day one with minimal orientation, ensuring both productivity and safety.
