🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and manage construction, fabrication, and project execution activities

✔ Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

✔ Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction functions

✔ Monitor project progress, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

✔ Implement QA/QC systems and ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards

✔ Oversee welding, coating, inspection, testing, and certification activities

✔ Manage stakeholder communication, contractor performance, and client requirements

✔ Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Offshore, Shipyard, EPC, Fabrication Yard, or Heavy Industrial Projects

• Strong understanding of international codes, standards, and industry best practices

• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams

• Experience in fabrication, construction, welding, QA/QC, project planning, and field execution

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Strong commitment to HSE, quality, and project performance
